1. When in a public place have your cells ringer set on a low volume or on vibrate.
2. While talking on your cellular keep your voice low, avoid talking so everybody else can hear your conversation.
3. Use discretion when using your cell phone in public or private location. It is very rude to have your cell phone ring during church, at a funeral, wedding or a movie theater and other such location.
4. Use of Caller Line ID or Voice Mail at times can be a wise choice especially while talking with other people when your cell phone rings. Also it comes in handy when you might be in a position not to answer the call while driving or in a noisy surrounding and can not hear an incoming call.
5. Make sure you stay focus on safety while using your cellular, whether you doing simple tasks like working, walking or running, and especially while driving to which you should employ a hands free driving kit. "
